A bit Smokey and a little heat – perfection. Add  Sour Cream or yogurt and Mayo.  Stir until well blended.  Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours before serving. Serve with Chips, Crackers or Vegetables. Like spicy fajita’s?  Simply add this mix with a block of cream cheese and mix well.  Layer Skirt Steak and cream cheese mixture, repeat so you have two layers in crock pot.  Cook on low for 6-8 hours, shred meat and mix in sauce.  Enjoy with your favorite toppings for some great fajita’s full of flavor and heat.
